Description Technical Specs Replacement Parts   Ford FE 390-428 High Performance HEI Distributor. Includes blue heavy duty cap & rotor, performance module, adjustable vacuum advance (2.5mm allen key) and 50,000V coil. Shaft = .467" Shaft Diameter Vacuum advance = Hook up to a “timed” vacuum port (no vacuum at idle). Using a 2.5mm allen hex key, turning clockwise increases the amount of vacuum advance at cruise RPM. Turning counter-clockwise will decrease the amount of advance at cruise RPM.
